Q: I cant find the eClasses from the ISU Club I just joined - where are they?

First thing you want to ensure is that you are able to receive all of our messages and eClasses we sent to you via email. Chances are that you have a SPAM filter or JUNK mail filter running and need to add our email addresses to your address list and allow our emails in. You need to “whitelist” our email addresses. If you don’t know how to do that, that follow this link to more information about “whitelisting” email addresses on your email program.

The NEXT thing you can do is to search for the emails in your mail program. Do a search for " newbie club " OR " ISU" and the emails should show up.

After trying this, if you are still are having difficulty, creat a support ticket. Also Note that AOL often blocks all outside mail from getting into your mailbox as a spam eliminator unless you have sent to it first. Check with them.
