Q: Having a problem communicating via emails

A:
Emails can be a problem communicating so we have always had several ways to communicate –

First via the forum. All upcoming webinars are announced in the forum and on your group page. You can contact Sian on the forum for general questions. You can registered for the webinar via the links in the webinar announcements. Even if you cant attend, you should always register so that you will receive the announcements of when the recording is available and has been uploaded. Then you can watch it online.

For ALL technical support, questions, problems accessing things, response problems with emails, problems with videos and so on – go to www.Maestro-Support.com

1.create a support ticket. 2. You will be shown your new support number, 3. You will be sent an email of your query with your support ticket number, 4. You will receive an email of the response, if you dont get a response in 24hours, go to the site again www.maestro-support.com , enter your support number and email address and you will be shown your question and the answer. Its on this master system (maestro-support.com) that you will have a record of your question and the response. This is fail safe as you can log in with you ticket number for the support question and check the answer to your question.

On going Groups - Now have no worries – there are more groups starting all the time – just watch the forum for the next group starting and you can just join on the calls. You also have all the recorded webinars on the module pages. Each group has their sessions recorded and uploaded. You can go and start to watch them. Do each lesson and Tracy will review work and help you along.

In the future, when emailing Tracy, use the private email address to Tracy that you were given. – you were give this at the outset of joining up. Do Not Use the autoresponder email by clicking REPLY to Tracy@innersurf.com this email get thousands of emails a day. Emails get lost here. This is not the one for RRFL members.
