Now - How to ask a question here ...
1.Click to CREATE A SUPPORT TICKET
2.You will be shown your new support number,
3. Enter your name and FULL email address - without an email , we cant communicate with you.
4. Fill in the SUBJECT - like - Im having a problem logging into the forum
5. Choose a priority and CATEGORY - this is generally the product or service you are having a question about.
6. Fill is the question you have. If you are having problems on a club page, or with a download, give the name of the page, the address, or even the link that doesnt seem to be working.
7. Enter the captcha CODE that you see. It tells us that you are not a machine.
8. click CREATE TICKET
9.You will be sent an email of your query with your support ticket number,
10.You will receive an email of the response. If you dont get a response in 24hours, go to the site again www.maestro-support.com , enter your support number that you were given and is on the email that you should have and email address and you will be shown your question and the answer. Its on this master system that you will have a record of your question and the response. This is fail safe as you can log in with you ticket number for the support question and check the answer to your question.
If you are not getting emails from the help@maestro-support.com then there is a spam/junk mail filtering it out. Check your SPAM/JUNK folders with a search for maestro-support
